Gather 22

"Gather 22 is a pretty new addition to the Fall Creek Place neighborhood of Indianapolis. I got to make a visit recently for brunch. They weren’t busy when we arrived and we got a table instantly. Our waitress was friendly. Their brunch menu overall is decently sized. I got the B & G pizza as my entree (basically a biscuits & gravy pizza topped with scrambled egg & cheese). What were my thoughts? I wanted to like it but I couldn’t. The toppings tasted great however the pizza itself was VERY overcooked on the bottom and tasted way too burnt. Was definitely not a fan of that. Someone else in my party got the French toast and I had a bite of that. It was good. Overall, this was a decent experience. I might come back for lunch & dinner, but I might pass on brunch next time."

"This is such a cute little restaurant, and the staff are super friendly! There's a good variety of shareables and artisan pizzas. I ordered the brie toast, vegetarian Forager pizza, and miso pickled eggs. The brie toast and Forager pizza tasted pretty good, but they were quite charred, and I could taste the burnt in some bites. The portion sizes are modest, and the prices quickly add up if you order more than one item to try. It's a nice place to go out on a date with friends, etc."

"Dinner here with my family of five (3, 6, 9er) was deliciously splendid. As you can see, our pizzas were grilled to perfection, creating a vessel of fresh facade for the palate that one simply must experience for themselves. While things were a bit different with kids, the atmosphere here made me feel like it’d be a great place to meetup with friends or professionals for lunch or drinks one day, and still feel perfectly welcome to swing by in jammies, and slink around from space to space with my coffee and laptop the next. Tons of little nooks and crannies around every bend, with tasty treats to match. Gluten free options, gender neutral bathrooms, extensive bar and welcoming outdoor area… what’s not to love?!"

"The atmosphere and vibe was great. However, the staff wasn't very attentive and the food was surprisingly basic. The presentation of the food was good but the taste was really lacking. We found a hair in the pizza. Also, we had two separate pieces of bone in the pizza sausage, the pizza crust was burnt black and the the ice in a mocktail we got had a black piece in it. I didn't want to make a big deal about this before paying the bill. After paying the bill I let the staff know about the hair and they acted like it wasn't a big deal at all and just said they would let the chef know. What a joke. I love supporting small local businesses and hate leaving bad reviews but I can't in good conscious give this place a good review."

"Gather 22 is a dream, from the food to the decor they did not miss. Every dish we had was perfect, the atmosphere is so cozy and stylish. Perfect for date night or grabbing coffee in the morning. Will DEFINITELY be there way too much, really happy we have a such a cool new restaurant in Indy, it’s just what we’ve been missing!!"
