"Order through the app. Delivery driver dropped the food off at the wrong place and when we reached out to KFC they said nothing they could do about it. Door dash said that they had to handle it but they flat out refused. Poor customer service."

"Now people can't put more than one order in a drive thru. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. It's simple you take an order process it than take the next one. No big deal. You count on them ti get your order tight it's not a super complicated math problem. And this is after a FEW disappointing visits. Their attitude sucks yet after it was their mistake. Either close down all the restaurants who have incompetent employees or please spend a little more time in the training process. Good customer service nowadays from fast food restaurants is rare. Why?"
