"I went here twice in the past week once for breakfast and then for lunch and the customer service was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and the young ladies who helped me were patient, kind and genuinely concerned that my order met my satisfaction and was correct. Also the manager appeared to have everything under control, she also made a good impression."

"Just left the drive through ,on my break from work, and only wanted a number 2 meal which is the bacontor meal. First got ice in my drink which I didn't want which is no big deal. But then they also try to charge me double for my meal. Then I get the food and not even what I order. There is no bacon on the burger. Simple order for one person yet they totally it mess up. ---- Update as of 12/2. Idk how you forget cheese on my Baconator Fries. Barely any fries had cheese on them. Picture attached. Think it worth the drive down to Camel Wendys down the street where they care more about the food they serve."

"We had some strange and unprofessional interactions at this Wendy's recently. We stopped in to order food to go, and after standing there for a few minutes, with the staff all in the back talking amongst each other, nobody said a word to us. I then asked out loud if they were ready to take my order, and then one employee walking out the door said it would be a few minutes because they were switching out to a dinner menu and it was a shift change. I then decided to go to the bathroom while waiting for the change over, and that is when I saw the bathroom was quite dirty and needed a cleaning. Based off of that, we should have left immediately, but we were in a hurry and wanted to get food and go. After waiting for a while, we noticed that the restaurant was quite dirty, the self serve soda machine was not working, and the lemonade machine behind the counter looked gross also. Once the food was placed on the counter, the employee who handed us the food did not say anything nice, like enjoy your food or have a nice day or thanks for coming. They just kind of stared at us without saying anything. I then asked if that was everything, and they replied "Yes". Very poor customer service and it made for a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Once we were on the road and eating, my wife was very disappointed in her salad. She said the chicken was bad, eggs were flavorless, and the tomatoes were bad too. I would never stop in this Wendy's again unless you want an example of how not to run a fast food restaurant."

"I don't usually review fast food places, but my experience at this Wendy's was not great. I ordered ahead in the app hoping it would be quicker. It was most certainly not. To start, the food tasted like it had been sitting under the heaters for a couple of hours. They had maybe two people working and the lady taking the orders would head to the back to help make the food and then come and take your payment and give you the food. I was in the drive through for a good 20 minutes overall. It's not the fault of those that were working but more a problem with store management. I won't be back to this Wendy's any time soon."

"Rating only 1 star because I cannot pick ZERO! I placed an order w/ Wendy's on their app & it used Door Dash to deliver. There is a LOT wrong. Wendy's website & app have no way to report it. One large chili (w/ sour cream & onions), & one small chili w/ sour cream were not in the bag. One burger Patty half off bun & other patty smashed together like it stuck to grill w/ mayo smeared all over the wrapper, which was barely hanging on the burger as if a 5 year old wrapped it for Christmas. Bacon cheese fries upside down in bag, cold, limp, greasy & container half full as if thrown in the bag. Hot food in same bag as a cold salad and two half melted frosties. Driver sat for a long time "picking up" but never communicated when I texted at 10:54pm to ask if there were any issues, then began moving right away as soon as I said something. I placed this order at 10:27pm with a 20 min delivery ETA. App texted me confirmation at 10:32pm didn't get the order until almost 11:15 even thought the text confirmation came at 11:04 when I had not even greeted the driver yet. I tried to call the store several times and it is open but just rings. Live chat on app is not manned and neither is the phone number through the app. There is nowhere to report missing food from an order and when trying to chat with Door Dash, they refer me back to Wendy's. Whomever the UX designer is for the app should be fired. Almost $40 for an order that made me create ANOTHER APP ACCOUNT when I could have simply used my Door Dash account. This has got to be the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. I took the survey from within the app as well and it just said someone will contact me later. On TOP OF ALL THAT, when I attempt to log BACK into the app, it kicks me an error like they disabled my account I JUST created. When I log in on the website, it logs in just fine. Someone needs to step up their game and I better get a refund for the entire order or I will be disputing with my credit card company. Do better Wendy's . . . No WONDER nobody wants these jobs, not even kids."
