"Order was completely wrong..called them.was put on hold for 25 min.. called bk got Voice mail..no one returned call. Spent $27.00 and finally the next day spoke to.manager who was sry for the mix up and offered to replace my entire order, when I went to pick it up the same guy who took my order the day before was at the drive thru.He said " oh I remember you. I only replaced 2 of your items , I reminded him that his manager said to replace Everything " his reply was well, she's not here so this is what you get.i will NEVER go to that Taco Bell on Washington St again. Horrible experience."

"In the time it took you to explain the register wasn't open and you'd like me to use the kiosk, you could have just taken my order! If I wanted to use the kiosk I wouldn't be at the counter! And I'm going to pay in cash which last I checked still requires me to go to the register. Meanwhile a gaggle of lazy employees are standing around doing nothing."

"It appears these Taco Bell employees are cheating the vehicle timer system to appear to be serving customers quicker. They asked us to back up after paying at the window, then to pull forward after paying. It was alarming as we’ve never been asked to do that before."

"9/13/23 Came in for lunch today at 1144am. Ordered at the kiosk. Staff was pretty busy as the drive thru was pretty full. Placed my order very easily. Recieved my cup, it was the wrong size cup medium instead of large. The nice lady nor I realized it. She offered me the right size cup but I politely declined let her know it was only a human mistake and thanked her for her offer. Food was great. No complaints at all. Not a bad lunch at all...."
