"I placed an order through the app and got it for delivery. The delivery was done through a door dash driver, which is okay because lots of pizza places are doing that now. My dasher forgot to grab my wings off the counter when he got the rest of my food. I called the restaurant and the lady on the phone was friendly and she made us a fresh order and sent it out through door dash. I was happy they were able to make it right. The food was also nice and hot when it got to us."

"Made an order through the Pizza Hut website in the hopes to get an order in a timely fashion that was also hot. But they use door dash to deliver so there is no hope in that. Pick up your food if you want to get it while it’s still hot and safe to eat."

"Order online takes your money out of your checking account waiting 2/2 hours still no food I call the Corporate (Corporate) ain’t doing nothing either going to bed hungry. Imagine that thank God for people who is nice buy my grandkids something to eat. Pizza Hut don’t rely on them at all."

"I'm starting to wonder if these "reviews" actually do any good! If you've ever read any of my previous reviews, you'd know that when a place is on point, or even just OKAY... I say so! The only point in spending my time typing them, is so .. A) the place fixes what's broken, or B) they get the praise and BUSINESS that they deserve! This particular Pizza Hut NEEDS SOME WORK! On my last visit, there were 5 employees (that I saw) and 4 customers in the store. It took them 10 mins to wait on me, JUST TO BE TOLD that the $100 bill that I had wouldn't be acceptable! Their bill verifying marker said it was legit, but it took them an additional 10 mins to tell me I had to pay with a NEWER BILL! C'mon y'all! By the time I got my pizzas home to my 3 kids and Mother... they were COLD! What has happened to customer service anymore! Ppl want to complain about "not making enough money", but they don't care about the customers anymore! When I was 16, I worked at Pizza Hut, and customer satisfaction was PRIORITY # 1. That, right next to delicious food! Do better, Pizza Hut!"

"Worst visit ever. Ordered online at 6:30 pm August 27th. Was suppose to be delivered by 7:40pm. Called several times to no avail. Left me house and drove to the store at Emerson and Southeastern to discover 2 workers that have only been there 2 days and dont really know how to do anything. The manager stayed in the office most the time I was in the store which was at least 30 mins. When I asked if my food was there it was minus a pizza I waited for. Got home to find all the mediums were not really mediums, 2 were not completely cooked. I will never order from pizza hut ever again. Just terrible!"
