Papa Johns Pizza

"Online ordering has always worked well for me at this papa johns location. The issue is, I always add the "well done" option. I picked up my pizza today and it was not well done. Cheese was white as the box. This has been a constant issue of my orders not well done. Also the new place...the parking lot is a disaster. And the drive thru is a joke. No one wants to figure out how to handle and place a pizza in a car, thru a window. It didn't work well for the competitor in town..why would you do it???"

"Well it's settled. I will not order delivery ever again. No door dash, pizza delivery from website, uber eats ect. When someone gives you a good tip because it's snowing outside and you cant even make sure all their order is there, that's just ridiculous. FYI I am a nice person but if you forget people's things when it took me 3 hours to get my food... (Tried to order through door dash and Uber eats so had to go through website after snow day, being made to wait until my order was canceled) hopefully you won't run into a VERY crazy person that is tired and hungry and tells you what's on their mind! I gave the driver a good tip which is another reason I'm upset. You won't be getting my money when you can't do something so simple and make sure an order is there. Customer service is so bad these days. I've worked food many times. Made sure it was a habit, customers got drinks first, their utensils, sauces ect, then their order. No drama. When there is no work ethic, it shows *Lol I just got finished reading the reviews and you guys are trash! So I'm taking 2 stars off after again I was nice and gave you 3. One person said not to bother getting a drink because you won't get it, which was my case. That was THREE years ago! The owner doesn't care about his customers obviously. So no delivery from now on for us but also will choose a different pizza restaurant. Toddles! No $50+orders from us!"

"We were redirected to this location from Greensburg. when we called to ask for it to be put in Greensburg the middle aged cashier women told us “they were to busy, and they do not feel like doing it”. Then when we drive 49 minutes to get this pizza she continues to say in the store, “you didn’t have to rush here, the pizza would still be here”. Being very rude."

"Tasty, plenty of cheese and toppings. Crust perfect size, perfect amount tomato sauce. Best chain pizza in my opinion."
