"The worst experience ever. Looks like IM NOT THE ONLY ONE. Pulled up to pick up a mobile order and “manager” says we don’t have it. Refused to look at my order number, provide assistance or ANYTHING. Of course I was frustrated at this and then was told to LEAVE. Called back and the “store manager” (Jen, apparently) also had no solution. Save ur time and blood pressure - do not go here. I’ll be reaching out to corporate to file complaints on how disgustingly rude the staff and manager(s) were."

"placed an online order and when i arrived to pick it up, the staff claimed they never received the order. instead of trying to make it right, they claimed i never placed the order despite me showing them a screenshot of my bank account with the payment to taco bell and a screenshot of my order. we were finally able to speak to someone that agreed to just remake the entire order, but by the time we finally received the food, my fiancé and daughters food was cold. they gave us coupons, but this service does not encourage a return visit."

"The employees were soo nice! Never have i had an interaction with fast-food workers where they have such positive energy and are just genuinely nice people! The guy said he loved my hair and i could tell he genuinely meant it and it was just so nice, especially bc dying my hair the way i do is so hard. I was just here to pick up a dash but they honestly made my day a lot better :)) thank you"

"My husband went to this location to get us dinner tonight and after sitting in line waiting to order (for 30 minutes) and he forgot to order my 2 year old a cheesy roll up, only a $1 item and when he gets up to the window to pay he asks the person taking payments if he can add one on. They said no and he would have to go back in line and order one where there were now 7 cars behind him or come inside instead of just adding it on. Don’t worry, we will make it and save the 1.07."
