I am always happy with my service there. Four stars for the atmosphere as I just don't get the color scheme, but that's not important... it's fast food! Anyway, this location is great."

"Customer 'dis'-service, really. The lady at the counter on 12/2/23 @10 pm (dine-in) really did not want to work. We had 2 orders, of 4-6 items each in them. And one item from each order was missing. When I went back to ask for them, she said she didn't know and didn't want to do anything about it even though she checked the orders. She seemed to be in a hurry to leave and acted like I should be ok with 2 missing items!!! Shd kept looking at her phone and blamed the cooks, saying they are new. But isn't it her job to make sure the items in the bag are complete order? I don't see her being the emoyee of the month any time soon."

"Drive thru employee spilled 3 large Baja Blasts into my window. She called the drink carrier's "retarded" and blamed them. I went inside to speak to a manager. I waited until all the other customers had ordered and received their food. Management approached me, I simply explained there's a sticky pooled mess in my car, etc. She told me, the drinks are no longer our responsibility after they leave the building. Again I was handed them thru their drive thru window... The manager claimed zero responsibility for the mess their drink carrier made. She offered me some towels. I called the corporate number. The representative was appalled by the actions of the management team. I was granted a 100$ visa gift card to get my car detailed. Thanks Taco Bell Corporate. Maybe your managers will learn to do the right thing."

"There has been something wrong with my order the last 3 times I've been here. Today I ordered two nachos with cheese, among some other things. Both cups of cheese have about 1/8 of an inch of cheese in both cups. Seriously? Who on this planet thinks that this is enough cheese for two orders of nachos? Aren't they supposed to fill these cups with 3 pumps of cheese? This isn't even one pump. They also forgot the side of cheese sauce that was supposed to come with our quesadilla. This might have just been my perception, but the guy at the window seemed pretty annoyed from the moment I pulled up to the moment I drove away. I'm almost positive he rolled his eyes at me when I asked for fire sauce. The lady that took my order over the speaker was pretty nice, though. I don't expect superior service when I go to Taco Bell, however, these little annoyances do add up over time."
