"Up Cellar has a nice atmosphere. It's an upscale modern steak house. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We both had the Ribeye for dinner, which was wonderful, but our steaks got switched, and mine was medium rare instead of medium. The sides were tasty, and dessert was great, too. Prices are on point with any upscale steak house in downtown Indy. Reservations are highly recommended since the restaurant is small. Up Cellar is on the second floor and is not wheelchair accessible and no one under the age of 21 is allowed. We will definitely be back."

"My husband and I ate here for the first time on our anniversary and had a great experience! We loved the option for a fine dining experience closer to home rather than driving to Indy. The waitstaff was excellent (shout out to Lexi Ray!) and the food was great! We will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful addition to the area. The food was presented beautifully. The service was great. The only negative is that the food wasn’t “wow” for the price. It was good but not “wow”. The cocktails were WOW I’ll definitely go back and give it another shot"

"This is one of very few fine-dining options in the area. Expect to spend $100+ per person. While it is expensive, the overall experience was worth the visit for us. We will probably visit again on special occasions. The lobster chowder appetizer was excellent. Our mixed drinks were well made and delicious (Gold on the Ceiling was our favorite). Both our steaks were cooked correctly. We felt the side dishes, especially the lobster mac and cheese, were a bit over priced. Our lobster Mac had less lobster than the appetizer chowder. We skipped dessert this time."
