"My first and last visit for a three hour visit. I got my nails done October 7 and still trying to get them off. Why so freaking THICK. My fingers are sore my nail beds tore and bleeds. NEVER AGAIN CLOSE IT DOWN.."

"Very disappointed because I’ve been a customer for years. Went to male nail tech told him, didn’t get what I asked for because he said he forgot. I guess I should’ve been paying more attention. When he finished it was bumpy and uneven. He gave me some excuse about it being sns, well sorry friend not my first rodeo. He fixed one but still tried to put the blame on it being sns. I am more upset with Kiwi because she knows me and didn’t try to address my concern. I just paid and left. I can take my Little money elsewhere, because never have I ever walked out with a nail this ugly."

"11/24/19...This is one of the most awful places that I have ever gotten my nails done at. The owner's brother started on my nails then passed me to Lei(Lee) to finish them. She did a slow but alright job with applying the SNS but she can't shape nor drill at all. They are so thick and bulky at my nail bed. I've ONLY had them done a week and two days and one nail has come off already. She didn't hold my hand up and file my nails therefore some of them are crooked. This was truly not worth the money that I paid($50)"
