"It just took me 15 minutes to pick up a mobile order in the drive-thru. The lady handed me a sandwich and closed the window, and eventually, when I didn't move, she opened the window and just stared at me. I asked for my coffee, then had to specify what it was, and she found it on the counter and handed it to me without a word, then shut the window again. Double check your orders, and don't expect any courtesy here."

"I recently visited McDonald's (at W 96th st and Michigan Road) and would like to share my experience with the customer service I received. Unfortunately, the drive thru cashier’s attitude was not as welcoming or professional as I have come to expect from McDonald's. The interaction was somewhat unpleasant due to their lack of enthusiasm and courtesy. I believe that good customer service is key to a satisfying experience at any McDonald's restaurant. "I stopped to get a late dinner on the way home, I walked up to the door at 9:56pm, the sign said dinning open until 11pm, I then tried to enter, only to find the door locked. Please honor your posted hours, it is a simple thing, I am tired of this trend of restaurants not being open, when they say."

"I would give this place a 0 if I could. They suck. Do not go here. Asked for two plain cheese burgers with JUST CHEESE and they managed to put a million little onions on there. They also could not understand what I was asking for and did not give me my sauce or my large drink. They also kept calling me sir and shutting the window on me. Again. Place sucks. I’ll never go back."

"This is an average McDonald’s at times. On some days, they get orders wrong. The waits are also very long, once it look around 20 minutes to get my order. The workers are very nice. Sometimes we get extra ice cream on the cone from the workers."
