"the larger black woman working morning shift really had an attitude with me and when i told her it was my birthday she told me i just needed to scan my barcode at check out to get a free drink. well i did just that and i ended up having to pay for my drink on my birthday which was extremely disappointing. then on top of that she didn’t even input my extra sweet cream request on my drink."

"Love hitting this Starbucks! Always friendly through drive-through, and I order on the app, so it's usually super quick. -The speaker on the drive-through needs to be checked. It's quite loud. -As clear point of entry into the drive-through is needed. The current set up involves potential entry straight in OR by turning left to join the line. -App note: Why isn't cream cheese on the menu? If I get a bagel, I have to order the credit cheese when I come through the line. It's just sort of janky and doesn't make a ton of sense."
