"Went yesterday to get a back window for ram. Said it would be done yesterday or this morning. Went today in the morning. To get it. Going out of town. Went to get it they said it's not ready and won't be until Thursday. I offered to tip the auto tech $100 cash to expedite it. The manager said no and all he could do was do a refund. I said do that then because I had to go find a window today. He told the desk guy to go ahead and process a refund. The guy then got up and walked out the door to the garage. I was confused by this and was not happy at this time. I said loudly is someone going to process my refund. The guy second down from the door looked at me and said hey chill out. That made me mad so I just turned and walked out. Update, Could find a window that day. After I got home I went first thing to go get the window since the refund wasn't process. No biggy when I showed up they said I could pick it up and send me out to the garage. The manager came out and said you put that bad review in, we cancelled your order. Talk about treating the customer right. Was going to take the review off until they did this. Some business just don't know how to say sorry when they make a mistakes."
