"Title: Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable Service I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Midas repair company. They held onto my car for an excessive two months for a rear differential and a transfer case. The situation was so dire that the manager at the time was eventually fired. It became apparent that there might have been an attempt to take money under the table, as the manager was sourcing parts through a company that repeatedly sent the wrong parts, instead of utilizing my warranty, which was covering the expenses. The manager refused to explore this option. Initially, I was told my control arm bushing was bad, and he only mentioned the differential after learning about my warranty. When I finally got my car back after two months, my battery was mysteriously drained, and I started experiencing transmission errors. Upon returning the car for inspection, they attempted to charge me $500 for a new battery. This entire ordeal has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere for service. The unprofessionalism and apparent attempts to take advantage of customers are deeply concerning. Beware and be cautious when considering this establishment."

"Not the cheapest outfit in town but were able to get me in and on the road quickly. They made sure they told me that they had 3 payment plan things that are easy to get approved for in case my bill was a lot. I had some thankfully minor electrical damage caused by rodents they were able to fix in a day. I actually called a closer Midas location but went to this one o N Illinois because they seemed friendlier. Brad at the front desk answered every call and question cheerfully"
