"The food and customer service was pretty good. My order was originally for take out but it was placed on a plate. The waitress then caught the error and put my food in a to go box, but it was to see it plated had I chosen to dine in."

"Came for dinner tonight, we got there at 6:19, were told it would be an hour + wait, the female host told us we can wait in our car as the inside was packed. I did so and went back in at 6:50, they told me it’ll be still 15-20 min, I said okay went back to my car. Went in again at 7pm, they male host Dexter told me it would be 10 min. I went to my car told me husband and kid to come inside went back in stood by the pond. They called the number before mine and after but not ours. I went up to Dexter and he said he called my number several times and I never came. I explained how that’s not possible. He was super rude and kept sipping her stupid drink while I was talking to him trying to figure out what to do as I had been waiting so long. He pointed to the bar and said I can talk to his manager, so I did. They then put us back on the wait list and we waited another 25 minutes to be sat, then once we were sat the sever brought us the wrong drinks and then took 30 min to fix it. The chef didn’t come to the table for a long while, the others we sat with asked the server twice on time and she just said soon. We got there at 6:19pm and at 9:58pm I’m just now leaving. $170 for a rude staffed dinner, poor quality food, and lack of good management. We have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions here for several years. However we will be looking for a new restaurant. This is our 3rd bad experience and we can no longer justify spending our money here."

"My go to spot for sushi. Carry out orders are always done with 15-20min and rolls are reasonably priced. My personal favorite being the Las Vegas roll. Restaurant is large with a nice size bar area that always has seating available. The hibachi is also good but a tad pricy. If you want excellent sushi in the Avon area you can’t go wrong with Hirosaki!"

"I love the hibachi and the sushi! Fruit ninja, Lion king, Volcano, and spicy crab rolls are so good!! The food is always amazing!"
