"Do yourself a favor and go eat here. The portions are huge, but it was so good, I ended up eating every bite AND got dessert. My daughter actually works here, but tonight was my first time going.I had the smothered chicken with mashed potatoes, and the flavor was wonderful. The chicken was moist and tender. My biggest surprise was the brussel sprouts. I do not like them, as a rule, but tried them because of my daughter's recommendation. Even if you think you don't like them, try these! I will be craving these on the regular. I had the bread pudding for dessert, and it was almost too pretty to eat. It was amazing though, and topped with fresh, homemade whipped cream. This is a little gem of a place, and a new favorite for me."

"The service was on point. Went with a group of 3 and had a take out order, too. Loved the Crab Cake Benedict. Egg could have been a bit runnier, but all of the other aspects of the dish were on point. The chicken fried steak was wonderful. It was well seasoned and had an added kick of heat. That gravy is stellar, too!!! I'd say it's one of the best restaurant's gravy out there. All in all, I highly recommend this local joint! Definitely put this on your list to check out!"

"From the outside & when you walk in the place looks pretty “bland”. However, the food is excellent. Service is outstanding. Update- Back for the 4th time and still no complaints. Food and service still excellent. Food is cooked/prepared to order - worth the wait - have a beer and chat with the wife!"
