"I visited this location and had a coupon for a free sub, the associate didn’t want to honor the coupon because of his “system” not accepting coupons at the moment. I refused to pay for something I had a free coupon for and attempted to leave. The associate argued with me that I should have told him I had a coupon beforehand, as if I knew he was having “System issues”. There was NO sign or note that displayed this discrepancy. He continued to argue and said I was at fault as if this was supposed to be a debate. I won’t visit this location again, not because of the coupon but the customer service and how I was treated in the matter. Best wishes."
