"Very quick n friendly experience I dealt with sylvia I never met her b4 she was very nice n informative n even let me lay in the bed with my shoes on (lol) she even gave me a pillow to try n was patient enough to let me lay there a few minutes to decide if I liked it or not.. For everything i purchased n what she included in the deal for no charge I was pleased with the price I paid I'm going to set the bed up and see how I feel after a week and I will go back and post on the board they have in there about the actual comfort of the mattress so based solely on my experience at the store and service and price I give them 5 stars.."
