"Oh dear God. I get to the window where one of the employees is telling other employees that she is frustrated in a VERY loud voice. Two cars had been pulled up in front of me. Took forever. Another employee delivered bags of food walking as SLOWLY as possible while playing with her phone. After 5 plus minutes, a very large employee opened the drive-through window and asked what my order was. For some reason, her entire midriff was unclothed. I eventually got my meal and an unsolicited show as a bonus. Must be a South Bend thing!"
"We went through the Drive Thru and the woman at the pay here window was absolutely a Happy, Helpful and Friendly worker. And at the pick up window was fast and courteous as well."
"They gave me the wrong order. I ordered a double baconator and ketsups. When they brought the order to my truck there wasn't any ketsup. She went back to get ketsup. When I got home and opened the bag it was a double, no bacon. Pathetic."
"Just ordered a apple/pecan salad and returned to work to eat. Major disappointment! The lettuce/spinach was all soggy/old and very nasty. The apples in the salad were all mushed not edible! I will NOT order this again, nor will I visit this particular store again."
