The customer forced Katina to button a shirt with a button behind the neck and then yelled that she was “choking her and going to report her.” Katina handled the situation calmly and professionally even after the woman continued to speak down to her."

"I have been here twice and both times the worker has been disrespectful. I have not been welcomed or greeted once. Not even a smile to show acknowledgment. It’s been the same worker both times. Upon check out she doesn’t say a word to me, not even a “have a nice day” when handing me my bag. Today she was on the phone with someone while checking me out. I say “thank you” and she doesn’t even smile or say anything back. I felt so unwelcomed. Part of me feels like she’s ignoring me due to the fact I’m a curvier customer. It’s a shame because I like the clothes here as yes I fit in them but don’t think I will be returning."
