Papa Johns Pizza

"I got bad customer service at the Georgtown location so I went to the location on Indiana Ave, that was even worse. I ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese, which I got neither of. They said they would make a new one. It was even worse, no cheese no pepperoni and very little sauce. I called C.S. # and after many calls and promises the mgr Hailey called from the Indiana Ave location and refunded the amount of the pizza. Thanks 4 that and she was very nice. I threw the re-made pizza away because I wouldn't even give it to a homeless person as the employee suggested after they re-made the pizza and closed the drive thru window on me. BAD C.S. I went to Donatos on Crawfordsville Rd. where I never had a bad pizza yet!"

"Great place to try out pizzas. Their create your pizza option was really good, and the Twix bites give you heavenly feelings. The chicken wings, along with the different sauces and dipped, are mind-blowing. You can also order late night and experience the same taste as you get in the morning"

"I'd give 0 star if I could. Did a online order on Nov 25. 2 min. after my order I found out they charging me a service fee and my total was 170.17 for 3 pizzas 2 orders of breadsticks. I canceled the order within 2 minutes talking to a female manager she said my credit card would be credited back within 5-7 days. 10 days later still no credit. Called the store talked to Erin was very nice manager he couldn't even find my order details said it sounded like I was charged twice said it's happened before he suggested I call the corporate office which was no help either they couldn't find my order either even though I paid by credit card and gave them the last 4 digits. They suggested I call my credit card company which I did they are crediting my card for the charges and getting ahold of papa johns to straighten it out. All this for a order I didn't even get. I will never order from papa johns again"

"Every time I come here this girl is on her phone that's all she does text call text call if she spent more time putting stickers on the boxes and actually getting deliveries out the door. Her times would not be so bad. I come here 3 to 7 times a day for deliveries And she is constantly on her cell phone. They should not even be allowed to have their cell phones on it is a complete waste of company, money and time as well as mine! Yesterday she said oh it's gonna be 25 minutes I said for what there's not a single order on your screen and nothing in your oven. She said oh it's in the oven. I can serve you what pizza takes 25 minutes? I worked at Papajohns for four years, so I leaned over, looked inside the oven and saw nothing in there. I asked her to double check And she said oh my goodness here it is on the rack! What a joke do better. This morning she's cussing out her co worker making pizzas . He's not the one on his phone 24/7 girl . Get your priorities together ."

"Okay, seriously this is awful and I'm dumb to even eat it. As you can see, the pizza and the side items we ordered were both poorly made. But my friend and I were hungry . Working Healthcare shift 12 hours, this was the first thing we ate all day. Cut to now, 330 am and both my friend and I vomiting and diarrhea everywhere. Obvious food poisoning and the only place we ate in common was this place. Awful. When we saw the quality we should have been smart enough to realize the carelessness of this place and how quality usually goes along with safety. Alas, we were dumb and hungry. Never again."
