"The store was clean and inviting compared to other locations. The employee that I dealt with was very rude and short tempered when I only asked one simple question about a space heater. Always remember a satisfied customer signs your paycheck. Without us, there would be no you!!!"

"No way any of these positive reviews are real. They have ONE person working at any given time making them stock And run the register. The store is a accident waiting to happen. The cashiers are always nice but the fact you have to wait 10-15 mins for them to hear the bell is ridiculous and insane. "For 3 months, I've an item twice, kept getting different answers from different people about where my order was. Was told the manager no longer worked there (later spoke to said manager), was told they got a new system, then told that wasn't true. Customer Service requested the item sent to the store. Last week I was copied on an e-mail where a picture of my item was taken, showing it clearly marked & on the pallet. Called the store last weekend-told they didn't have it. The last 3 days, I called over 20 times & no one would ever answer. Went by the store this morning & the mgr told me they didn't have it, sowhile trying to contact CS, I walked back to see 8f there might be any on the shelf and spotted my order on a cart. Took it to the mgr to ask if she could read the box & she stated she couldn't see it & then claimed that it must have came in on the truck last night. HOW could someone not see the big, bold writing on the box (2X) that says "Customer Oder" & a bright yellow sticker with my name on it. My order was sent to this same store 4 separate times. And clearly, they were just not answering their phones. This has been the absolute worse experience I have ever had and I honestly do not know how a company stays in businesss when run in this manner."

"Really don't have a reason to not rate this location 5 stars. You walk into a Family Dollar and know what to expect. Mostly fair/cheap prices for what's there. The whole industrial feel (open ceilings and stained concrete floors) on the inside gives it a new feel. All the merchandise is the same and the layout is similar to anything else. The cashier I had was really kind and professional... even warning me that the bags that were holding my 2 liters are very thin and to be careful in my walk back to the car! The parking lot is a bit more spacious than it looks prior to turning in. So for those of you who enjoy parking your 2015 whips at the edge of the lot to keep from getting banged on by a neighboring 1965 ford of some sort... this will suit your fancy! Great start, Family Dollar!"
