"At their recommendation I bought a ranch cap for my Silverado. Brought it back multiple times for adjustments because the latch on the right hand side would not lock consistently or at all at times. Repeatedly opened while driving. The finish was horrible with regards to installation. Wires left hanging freely inside the cab see the photo. Worst customer service ever. This place tried to make me feel like it was my fault that the product they recommended was bad and that their installation job was worse."

"Don’t let them install anything. Sloppiest wiring I’ve ever seen. Very unprofessional. No loom or tubing just bare wires and some kind of black putty that didn’t stay on long enough to get home, just left sticky black goo all over the truck. The mount they used for the strobe wore the paint off the roof. I had to reinstall myself. If I wanted to do it myself I would have. Now I have to do it anyway, and I paid 1200$ for it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else."

For the most part I didn't mind working for Panda Vans however I didn't enjoy being berated and yelled at by the owner who wasn't a personable individual. I wasn't impressed with the lack of respect that was shown for any level of contribution that I'd made however brief my tenure of employment bad been with this employer. You cannot command loyalty you've got to invest in your employees and earn their devotion."

"I had Panda vans install new amp research power step extreme dual motor side steps on my 2021 Chevrolet 2500 HD. The company was professional and the work was done in a timely Manner. The installation was flawless. These boards are fantastic. They dropped down lower and out further than the standard steps I had previously installed myself. I highly recommend this organization and the products that they sell."
