"Pro: Great coffee and service! Nice atmosphere. Made my 2 strikeouts on food order right (thank you!) Cons: The breakfast food menu was not available (strike 1 were muffins). Opted for butter croissant, and it was also not available (strike 2). I am disappointed as I searched for this shop and you were my 1st choice in a new city. Saver: I opted for the cookie and it was excellent. The staff was awesome and worked hard to make things right. I know they are not in control of food availability so no knock on them!"

"The baristas at Illumine were very helpful in recommending a good coffee for cold brew and even though it wasn't displayed in the cafe, they went to the back, ground, and packaged it for me. They were extremely helpful. I ran out of the coffee quickly because it is so good and ordered that same coffee online this week and requested it ground for cold brew. It was packaged and sent out within a hour of ordering it. It was delivered quickly and they wrote a personalized note inside. They have amazing customer service and great coffee. 10/10"

"I scream, you scream, we all scream for coffee! Illumine Coffee Co. right around Keystone has such a spacious and airy vibe. I love that about coffee shops cause it immediately sets the tone on a Saturday morning when you walk in just look for C.O.F.F.E.E!! The server took the time to explain all the options to me despite having a busy day and I ordered a pour over. The baristas took their time and created a cup of what I would like to call flavor and caffeine packed just with the right notes. I truly savored my coffee and cream cheese danish which was fresh and tasty! A very nice addition to Westfield blvd, see you around Illumine!"

"I loved this coffee spot! I decided to go all in with the espresso flight—even though all of their specialty drinks looked great. Immediately the staff greeted us and told us a bit about the cafe and the drinks. It was bright and sunny inside and the felt like the perfect place to sit and work for a bit in front of the big window. The espressos were very unique and was surprised how different they could be. It was served European style with a side of sparkling water."
