"My experience with this nail salon was Horrible! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went in. Upon entering the shop, it was totally empty! No customers and only two nail techs (red flag). The guy argues you about what and how you want your nails. My pedicure was rushed. My nails were crooked. He filed several nails around the skin of my nails until the hurted! He did not fill in the nail in on both sides with arcrylic. Bubbles in the gel polish. Then had the nerve to charge me $105. Please stay away from this nail salon. Horrible Place! I will never go back"

"Customer Service is Horrible!!! I paid a $100 for this and they refuse to correct it!! I will never spend another dollar there!"

"Paid $108 for dip nails and a gel “pedicure”. The pedicure lasted maybe 5 minutes. No hot towels or anything. There’s a bubble in one of my toes. There’s also a bubble in my thumb nail. I just feel as though the price didn’t match the end result. I have an extra star because the owner seemed nice enough."

"I’m traveling from out of town I go in and explain to the owner that I have acrylic powder, nails, with Umbrae. He cuts my nails down and then tells me I have to use Gel. After I asked about a couple options very calmly. He then tells me I don’t know how to do it and to get out. I’m a professional woman. I have just left a funeral and I was treated like this. I have never been so embarrassed in my life,but this one is on me I know better, never again will I ever patronize this place of business."

"Never Again!!! I left with nails unevenly filed.Not to mention that she filed the heck of my nail bed. Lumpy paint and away from cuticles equivalent to one weeks growth. I was asked to choose my color and then after she starts painting I noticed that it was a different shade. I let her know that it’s the wrong color and she tells me that I chose an old sample and that the shop doesn’t have the one I picked and that’s why SHE chose the one she is using. What ever!! Not a drop of oil or lotion was applied on my hands so I left with ashy stains from acetone on my $40.00 gel polish manicure. Never again will I come here."
