"I bought a vape pen from here yesterday, It worked for all of 10 hours. Now (after being on the charger for HOURS) it will only stay charged for 5 minutes and then dies. They refuse to exchange or refund me even though they sold me a faulty device.. it’s ridiculous that they can sell faulty devices and get away with it.. the employees are sweet and kind but the policy is unfair when they had faulty devices in stock. I’d understand not wanting to exchange/refund IF I had it longer than just ONE day.."

"I believe the woman who works the day shift is the "manager"- either way, she needs to find a new job. Have been in several times where she has been very rude to not only myself, but to others in line. Just today she tossed my changed back and told me the person at the drive up needs to learn how to park a car a walk. It's to bad she ruins alot of business, the ladies who work during the evening are always very nice and have quick conversation if they have time. Whoever owns this place needs to reup on some management."
