"Great customer service from workers & owner when not overwhelmed. If they’re not able to complete your service and you have to come back, I wouldn’t recommend paying in advance.The first time I came they thought they had a tire for me but didn’t find out they didn’t until after I paid (cash) . They said they could have it by the next day so I didn’t worry about a refund & agreed to come back then. Unfortunately, we both forgot I prepaid and I paid again(cashapp) but once reminded he sent it back & agreed the cash balance would go towards my next service. They also weren’t able to get the tires this time either but I was delighted by their effort and got my own tire to bring back. Although Walmart (where I got the tire) would’ve done it for $11, I figured since I was gonna get a tire & installation for just $15 here (opening sale) + I already paid the $15, it’d be a no brainer than to just have them do it. The total came up to $40 to put the tire I brought them on. I gave Bryan my phone to type his cashapp in & send what I needed to pay. Once I noticed he forgot to take off what I prepaid I called and he assured me, he’d have it sent back the following morning. He did not and I called & left a message to remind him. He saw me at a light and told me he sent it & it just says pending. Normally when something is pending on cashapp, you can see it from the sender & the recipients end. I was not able to do that & have yet to see the payment go through & it’s been 4 months. I truly believe I would’ve had a much better experience had I only paid after the service was done. Everyone was super nice & I wanted this to be my go to place but I’d feel dumb to go back now to be honest. I still wouldn’t discourage others from going but I do discourage them from prepaying."
