"Dropped my van off on a Thursday morning to have the catalytic converter replaced. He didn't even look at it until the following Wednesday and then called and said take it somewhere else. The problem is i had an appointment with the dealer that Wednesday and he kept it for so long i had to cancel it. And it takes three weeks for a dealer to look at it. When i said i wish i would have known that the person hung up on me.if he didnt want to do it he could have told me when i spoke to him."

"I've taken my vehicle here twice. First time was scheduled & they came in under their estimate & completed the job when they said they would. Very happy. The 2and time the vehicle was dropped off on a Sunday by tow truck. It took until Friday for them to look at it and fix it. I got a little impatient but I'm still a happy customer & will return. Stopped in on 10/28 to make an appointment & was told they do appointments. This was a woman I hadn't seen on my previous visits. Lady was a bit nasty about it. Will not return."
