The strong smell of the nail polish also greets you the moment you step in. Not a fancy nail shop if that’s what you’re looking for. But they get the job done, the nail polish lasts long and it’s the most affordable nail shop I know in Birmingham AL!"

"I have been coming to this place since high school and I’m 26 now. Out of all my years of coming I was satisfied until the new employee they have now come. The short chubby lady at table FIVE is TERRIBLE. I let her do my nails twice before and they were chunky, uneven, and messy. I know people learn in the process so that’s why I let it go and just hoped she practiced enough on me to get better. So last week I went and got a MEDUIM full set and of course I get sent to table five and at first I hesitated and was going to just wait on the guy but I just gave it a third chance. She starts doing my nails and off back she rush you and is mad aggressive. If I hadn’t had therapy it definitely would’ve been a bigger problem. So when it was time to wash my hand I did that and looked at my nails in disgust…. I didn’t even want color any more cause they was so bulky and not square! They were more oval and not what I asked for. I just asked for a top coat . I told her no gel top coat cause what the point? They started lifting not even a good went in. She did it anyway. So I was unsatisfied until yesterday. I went back cause i couldn’t take how my nails were looking. I told them I’ll wait on either him or the other lady (other than chubby) to do my nails. I waited for thirty min(no problem wasn’t no rush)! When I say he fixed my nails and they look EXACTLY what I asked for! He took his time and made sure it’s exactly how I wanted it. He even asked who did my nails before he started it and laughed until I told him it was her lmao. He cares about his craft and customers because I was to happy lol. I wanted to give five stars but that girl is definitely a problem. Guys y’all are amazing and shouldn’t let a mediocre nail tech ruin the business. Especially from loyal customers."

"I went in a lil less than a week ago and got a full set of acrylics with the gel polish. My experience was honestly not bad. The people were friendly and attentive. Atleast the man was for sure. The lady doing my polish did let me change it once, without any issues. Which was nice. But when she was pairing them she messed up the design twice and tried to fix it but only made it worse. My top coat was peeling. Each finger had bubbles and bumps and waves in the polish. They look extremely “chunky” and the best part was that after having them for ONLY 4 DAYS AMD PAYING $50!!!! EVERY SINGLE NAIL besides my thumbs WERE ALREADY COMING COMPLETELY OFF!!!!!! I now am less than a week into having them and 9 out of 10 of my nails are hanging on by a thread. I don’t do anything hard or extensive with my hands. There is NO REASON they should all be about to pop off. I literally paid $50 for what looks like some press on nails from Walmart. So disappointed. And when I call no one answers for me to be able to communicate this to them."

"Depends on who does them. I come very rarely for regular polish mani/pedi. these days. First time this year in fact. The charge is currently $45 for both. I don't know about the other services because I have never used them. There is a mask policy, but I always thought one was needed even before Covid. Have you ever smelled the fumes coming from the nail shops??"
