Walmart Supercenter

"I shopped at this Walmart location yesterday afternoon. I believe our cashier was named Heidi. Heidi keeps getting upset when I put boxes of pop and boxes of dog food on the belt to be scanned (instead of being scanned in the cart itself). I'm doing the cashiers a favor by putting heavy things on the belt for them instead of having the cashiers having to scan things on the bottom rack of the shopping cart. Heidi always has an attitude towards me over the scanning of the pop boxes and of dog food boxes...she mumbles under her breath too when I place those items on the belt. She was very disrespectful yesterday...she placed some of our bagged groceries on the physical ground right beside the bag carousel...I've never seen that be done before. On top of everything else, she wouldn't let us check out our strawberries claiming that they looked "moldy." The date was 2/15/24 around 3 p.m."

"If you see a cashier named Heidi add at LEAST ten minutes to your checkout. She has to comment on every item scanned for some reason."

"Always very busy. Most times just one or 2 registers open. I always feel like I'm being forced to be scab worker, taking someone else's job."

"Just went here to install tires that I bought from Walmart. Totally rejected my service and wouldn’t set an appointment up to get my tires on. What a joke. Spend over $800 and can’t even put them on for me. Wow. Not happy."
