"*Personal Preference* I am not a big fan of Culver's food. I want to like it, but I feel as though it is mid at best. However, the service is always top notch and I have never had a bad experience when I do eat here. Concrete mixers are still great as well."
"Edit: Went into the store to speak to the manager regarding this. Explained the situation and the most she would do is look into it. She wouldn't refund my money nor would she remake the food before calling and hearing the other person's side of it first, and when asked when this would be done, couldn't give me a time frame. Completely terrible customer service. Thieves in the management. Go to the SR 933 or the Niles one, which has a much better customer service and friendly nature. Came through drive through. Ordered food and they were charging for any sauce to go with the cheese curds. Not even one sauce came with them without being charged. Additionally, they charged 10 cents more than any other sauce. I was there alone, came and paid, was already thinking I might not come back after this, and they asked me to move up, with no one in line. I said I didn't want to and explained no one was behind me. Manager came by, had an attitude, told me I had to move up even if no one was in line. I said I didn't want to there's no use when no one is behind me. He told me if I didn't he would refuse service and refund me. I explained I will be back tomorrow to complain to the manager in the morning. Completely disrespectful to refuse service and waste food over moving me forward 20 feet."
"The service was slow and the cash register attendant was very unhappy to be working that night I believe. She mumbled when she spoke, but in fairness to her, I'm in my 60's and my hearing isn't what it once was. The food was cold when they brought it to the table. I probably should have taken the food back, but it didn't appear that a Manager was available to explain, so I didn't. The atmosphere was good. The area and tables were clean and tidy."
"Culver's is top-tier in the fast food game. As soon as you walk in, it is a different experience. Clean, cozy, friendly. The signs of good management and employees that are paid and treated well-enough to care. The menu is what you expect out of a burger joint. Mostly sandwiches. Single, double, and triples. Whether you're going for beef, chicken, or fish, it's all freshly prepared and made to order. I would imagine most of the ingredients are refrigerated, at most. Being based out of Wisconsin, Culver's is well-known for their cheese curds and frozen custard. I have yet to try the custard, but the curds are fantastic. The prices are also pretty fair as well. Most of the sandwiches are around $4.00-$6.00, with meals usually being about two bucks more. At this point, you're paying just as much at McDonald's for a quarter of the quality, and we all know how troublesome Mickey D's can be with getting simple orders right sometimes. The nice thing is that Culver's also gives out tons of coupons locally, in the mail, often giving you discounts or even two sandwiches for the price of one. In my honest opinion, I think Culver's burgers are better than Five Guy's, which might be controversial to some, but considering they're the price difference, Five Guy's is almost in the "novelty" food category at this point. Highly recommended."
"This is so unbelievable i ordered a gluten free burger and they put the burger with cheese upside down in the box so the cheese stuck to the bottom and i couldnt get it off, on top of that they forgot my ketchup that i specifically asked for. They were unkind when they brought it out too."
