"This place is horrible. They are slow, don't have things in stock, then tell you at the window. The quality of the drinks is hit or miss, usually a miss but varies day to day.. They must be used to it because it doesn't seem to bother the employees any.. Do yourself a favor and walk in to the one in Target (same lot)."

"Recently visited this location and I have to say I’m very disappointed. I didn’t have any issues with the product just the whole attitude with the manager towards her staff. Jaime is verbally abusive towards her staff and inconsiderate of certain needs to say the least. Customer service in the food and beverage industry shouldn’t be demanding as we as consumers are already demanding. Pushing your staff to emotional breakdowns is very concerning and as a supervisor I would think that a manager would have more respect for the employees that work under her."

"LONG DRIVE THRU LINE, which is to be expected between location and it being starbucks, it did take about 5 mins to get my drink and only about a minute for someone to realize I was there to order. The sounded like they were short staffed, which is pretty common anywhere you really go right now. The staff was handling everything they could really well."
