"Really negative experience at this Starbucks, that I have gone to hundreds of times and will not go back. It’s closest to my home but I will have to find another one. When ordering a drink in the drive thru, the person taking my order was so rude that I immediately drove away and didn’t even get my order, which has never happened before. I used to associate Starbucks with friendly people working there. I called the location twice after this happened, trying to get ahold of someone to explain what happened but no one answered. I made sure to check the time I was there so they can review the incident if possible, but again no answer. Edit: to the owner's response, I tried to send an email and haven't heard back."

"i have gone to this starbucks location multiple times and my order has been messed up every time. i got this spinach wrap and when i took it out of the package it was all mangled. i took it up to the person working and she didn’t apologize or offer to remake it for me. i am highly disappointed in this type of service. as a person who works in food, you should always make sure the customer is happy with what they’re given and pay for. i don’t recommend going to this location if you’re wanting good service."
