Almost every other visit something is wrong and the last 3 visits they manage to screw up the order or are out of stock yet they have to have record profits since adding the drive through. They need a complete overhaul of the staff so check your stuff before leaving."

But still, just acknowledge my presence and say we will be right with you. And, find a way to alert person in back that someone is waiting. And, apologize for the wait and smile, with eye contact."
