"I have bought 2 vehicles from Steve & Jackie, great people, that made the process hassle free and painless. Very thankful for their service! 5 star business!!! Highly recommend."
"Best vehicles around. Reliable and great prices."
"My car is still going stong after 2 years of having it ! Love it no problems!"
"I've never left a review online in my life but I feel like I should here. I would rate 0 stars if possible. I was extremely leery about purchasing a vehicle from here after reading the reviews but I was only visiting Indiana for a couple days and was pressed for time and made the mistake of pulling the trigger on the first vehicle I found. (The car wasn't for me, I purchased it for my mother.) It was an 08 Grand Prix with 119K miles. I know these cars are USUALLY VERY DEPENDABLE. (3800 motor) Price wasn't too bad but not great either. Cosmetically the car was in horrible shape which of course wasn't mentioned in the ad for the car or shown in the pictures but she had another grand prix at home (broke down) so I figured we could just swap parts considering it was the same body style and color. No big deal. As soon as she drove it off the lot after we bought it, alarms started going off for various things (TPMS, change oil, etc.) Once she got the car home it reeked of antifreeze and I noticed that part of the exhaust system was hanging right in the middle of the car, not sure what was going on there. After a couple days one of the tires went completely flat from just sitting in the driveway. After having the car no more than a week she told me the engine started making a "ticking noise" and she just had it diagnosed by a local mechanic as a lifter issue. Quoted her at $1200+ to fix. Even if that's the only major problem with the car, which I'm sure more will arise, it's already far more invested into it than it's worth. I understand the risks associated with buying used cars but considering the past reviews and my experience, I'd beware. I'm no mechanic but I have no doubt in my mind that the car was acting up when it was originally purchased by this dealer and was rigged up to sound okay just long enough to get it out of their possession. BEWARE!"
"Unless you have a reliable mechanic coMing with you to check out the car please avoid. I brought a car from here and already put 2,000 dollars into and still giving me problems. When I brought the car he told me it was no problems and when I said underneath the car was completely rusted out his response was we didn’t check it out and got a attitude. How can you say the car has no issues when you didn’t do a full diagnostic. ?I thought I was doing right by going to a dealership but I’ve had more luck buying cars on Facebook. Plz beware.!!"
