"Stopped in to get a venti pink drink no ice extra acai and a cheese Danish. They were pretty busy so I knew it would be a little bit of a wait.... 20 min later I received my drink with ice. Advised it was supposed to be no ice, chic got an attitude with me and then remade it and only filled the cup 1/2 full. So I paid $6 plus $1 for extra base because of no ice and you can only give me 1/2 cup. I looked at the lady and she looked back and said "what". Good thing it was my birthday...I would have told her about herself. Crappy way to start my day. Kindness goes a long way"

"Can get crowded here because the service is slower. I would recommend visiting the Crawfordsville road location for better service. I believe the turnover rate is higher at this location or they can't hire enough employees."

"This location seriously never answers their phone and if I ask for coffee grounds for the garden they treat me like an alien. Very poor customer service concerning this but otherwise the food service is good."

"Well there’s normally only one person when I go in. I understand everyone is short staffed but the last time I went in poor girl was overwhelmed. I assured her I was in no rush and to take her time. Her service was great and she made my drink flawlessly which is not easy as I’m very particular about my cold brew. Will definitely continue to stop by when I’m shopping in this area."

"This isn’t really their fault but normally this store is the best in Indianapolis but today, they didn’t even have Earl Grey tea. They didn’t have lots of things, even scones. So, I think this is systemic right now in this world, not just Starbucks. Too bad because this Starbucks is usually the best."
