"They couldn't take cash and person on cash register didn't know how to ring up gift card. Sandwiches were warm not like they just came off grill."

"i ordered a #3 meal regular with a dr. pepper and the only thing they got right about my order was the fact my meal came with fries. i always do my best to enunciate my words clearly so there’s no confusion. but how does that get mixed up that bad. the staff was really nice but my order has never been right when i go there."

"Let me first say the service was good. The Asiago Ranch sandwich sounded good at the time (10:00pm). That sandwich was old and dry. Best thing about the sandwich was the lettuce and ranch. Fries taste like cardboard."

"Wanted wendys tonight so i went here. Turning down drive thru customers left and right claiming they are going through a 15 minute shift change and can't take any orders at 7pm on a friday. Sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes to be told the same thing second time around. Sat at the box until they took my order. Have to pull forward and wait for my food. Obvious they made the burger, but fries and nuggets cold and stale. 2 people "working" but not doing a damn thing..."

"Wendy’s has been my go-to while traveling for 20 years, so I have appropriate expectations. I pulled through Brownsburg and it was almost comical. They don’t have a chocolate frosty because they have pumpkin spice instead (?! Gross!). Then they took my $ and said to pull into a parking space. I asked for a receipt first and they said there was no paper in the printer so I couldn’t have a receipt. How are they supposed to identify me with all of the other people they’ve had pull into parking spaces rather than just serving them at the window? Also paid with a gift card so they didn’t give me the receipt with the updated balance on it. Served other cars before me. Finally brought my food, no drink. Went back to get the drink and said sorry but they have NO STRAWS!!! What??!!! How are they open?! I never read/write fast food reviews but this is insane and wasted 30 minutes of my day. Sandwich was completely wrong and fries inedible. Pitched it all. Disgusting."
