"Don’t ever shop at this store. Negative 120 score! I parked at their store today. Walked across the street to get a coffee first. Before I had returned to check out their shop, they towed my car. I was looking forward to shopping here as first time in downtown Huntsville. Limited people around as I thought I would pay tribute to the local stores through the pandemic. Needless to say I got horrible attitude from the shop owner. Now I am walking two miles with my cup of coffee to the car tow place. $120 cup of coffee on this awful place. I would have easily spent that on their goods. Sad state of customer service!!!!!!! Very short sighted on how to treat customers and potential customers."

"Been shopping with you a long time. Today you wouldn't let me buy 2 boxes of gloves . We use them for safety . So wife a RN and Son a US Army medic don't get sick. I am high Risk.
