"Unfortunately, I went to Mr. Shepherd with a large problem. I had lost my keys to my car that I bought at his shop. I needed help desperately so that I could get my children to, and from where they needed to go. Mr. Shepherd Sold me someone else's key fob for a very high price, which apparently I heard from the local honest shop is completely illegal. However, I didn't know that at the time and guess what? The fob that he sold me didn't work in my car. He promised me for 75 extra dollars. He would have my car in the shop and working on it the next morning so I can get my kids to school… I called in the next morning and they say that they can't get to it until after 1 o'clock. He wouldn't help me after that and he would not refund my money. I cannot tell you how much I paid him. I am kicking myself. I know people have said the reviews on here are fake the positive ones and I wish I would've believed them. I will never do business with Shepards again. They are crooked and dishonest."

"What a great experience I had today purchasing a new Chevrolet Suburban from Shepherd's Chevrolet Buick in Rochester, Indiana. Even though the dealership is about 75 miles from my home, I called to inquire about the Suburban that was in transit to their store and talked to Branden Gray, I knew by his wonderful demeanor that he would be nice to work with. I was correct in my first impression. He was so pleasant, considerate and kind to me that what could have been an arduous ordeal, due to my age, actually turned out to be very pleasant.
