"I went to purchase a battery and windshield wipers , and my purchase would have been 300.00 or better. Then I asked for those to be installed "we are not a repair shop" is what I was told and they lady not very nice at it. I went right down the road and spent my money, and it was installed FREE. So what about the ladies who can't Pick up a battery or even know how to install wipers? Guess you won't like their business or money either.!!!!!"

"Honestly, I have never had an issue with a NAPA store before today. I ordered a part and when it arrived it was a rusty piece of junk. I was told apparently someone took a part as a return and it was just restocked. I was also told this is a common problem. I was quoted a price only to be told I was going to be changed for shipping, I was not told that when I ordered the part. I told them I will get my part elsewhere. I ended up finding the part for less than half what NAPA wanted, free shipping included. I will not buy from this store or the store in Winamac, IN since they are affiliated."
