"You guys desperately need to retrain your employees on how to actually cook fries. The only time I'm never getting undercooked, yes I said undercooked, is when I ask for them to be extra crispy. THAT JUST MAKES THEM ACTUALLY COOKED, NOT CRISPY. This isn't a one-time thing. It's getting really old paying for undercooked Regular Cajun Fries then have to pop them in the oven even though I PAY YOU GUYS for cooking it. I've worked at five guys before and know for a fact this is disgusting. Be Better."

"The food is still good, but something is up. I’ve ordered five guys many times the last couple months, and there’s been a steady decrease in fries. Today there was only one cup worth of fries in my takeout bag. I’ve been eating at this location for years and it’s usually at least twice this much. I don’t know if there’s new management or something, but isn’t the whole deal with $4 fries that you get a lot more than the cup?! I love five guys. I don’t want to hate on them. But I am very disappointed with this recent development."
