"I ordered online on Jan 14th from the store located at 4545 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222. I saw the car pull up, but by the time i got outside, she pulled away. I called the store. The manager said driver rang doorbell (which we don't have) knocked, called twice, and waited. None of that happened. They said I'd have to come pick it up. I paid delivery and tip so i said send your lying driver back out here. She gave me attitude and said she'd reverse the payment but gave me no further details or confirmation. Still waiting on my refund."
"So everytime I order delivery to my apartment some how I got the same delivery chick and they prepare my order and it says it 2mins from being delivered by then she cancelled my orders every single time just cause she is lazy and don't want to get out her car to deliver the food inside the building cause I'm on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator so I can't call about it cause they are closed by time she does this plus they have take. Money and not delivered my food before and the manager Amanda let's it go on and doesn't even care to make it right or do he job as a manager first rule of business is the customer is always right!!"
"second time ordering from here and peperoni pizza always tastes DISGUSTING! I don’t know if it’s the sauce or pepperoni but literally has a taste of like wet dog! can’t even call and get my money back cause all they’ll do if give me a “free” pizza next time I order"
