"The worst service ever, rude workers! Spend 60 dollars on 3 plates! Tenders were burnt and overcooked, asked them to remake it and they refused and gave attitude back. If you’re not white, stay away and don’t ask for remakes! DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
"This sign was placed out by an associate after she told everyone that they were not taking orders for a few minutes. Almost 15 minutes go by, not only is this sign still sitting out but both employees are sitting on their phones or eating in front of everyone who comes in. There have been at least 7 people coming in waiting to order yet they are purposely going out of their way not to address them."
"Oh my gosh I absolutely love this cafe! It’s the perfect spot for working, relaxing with a book, or talking with a friend/colleague. Being from Portland, OR, I always love finding places that feel like home to me and this place is spot on! It captures a balance of unique and cozy!"
"Located in The Graduate Hotel. Ordered an iced matcha latte with classic syrup and a kids hot chocolate. First round, no classic syrup was added. Second round, was given two sugar packets. Third round, got it right. The hot chocolate was incredibly sweet. Too sweet for me let alone my toddler. The asiago bagel and breakfast burritos were pretty tasty. Friendly service and great atmosphere surrounded by classic cookie jars."
"Really cool space, loved the vintage cookie jars. The mocha was just ok, the issue was the wait. For having 3 people behind the counter and no line of customers a 15min wait is too long for one drink."
