"Terrible experience, very poor food quality for the price. Took awhile to get the teams attention that I was even at the counter due to everyone standing around talking and joking amoung themselves. When acknowledged, the customer service was horrible. The GM or manager duty was just as unpleasant. After paying $19.04 received cold, hard fries ,the roast beef was like rubber. At these prices I would expect the order would be hot and fresh. Unacceptable, will NOT be back."
