"This place never gets anything right. I've tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but they're just stupid, lazy, or a combination of both. Sorry, that's just the truth. Even when ordering through the app, it shows a chalupa, then when I picked up the order and checked my items, there was no chalupa. I asked them about the chalupa and said the "chalupa machine was down." At first they offered to sub it for a gordita, then someone else said something, and he said "it didn't come up on the screen." I showed them the app where it clearly shows the chalupa but no dice. Honestly, I went on a Taco Bell hiatus, tried giving it another chance, after my experiences with this location, I'm reminded why I stopped eating Taco Bell. It's better this way."

"Went to the Mooresville Taco Bell off of Kentucky Avenue and the cinnamon twist there was the best that I have had out of all Taco Bells visited my husband he had the burrito supreme he said it was very good I had the chicken soft taco Supreme was good overall I give it a four only because on my chicken soft tacos the sour cream and tomatoes we're not on the tacos"

"By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. I’ve been here three or so times and have never had good service. Can’t ever get anyone at the counter, the all the drinks at the machines are watered down, I can’t get all the food from my order, and food is just plain gross. I would recommend going to the Taco Bell in Mooresville."
