"I placed my order on their app to be picked up in store. I walked over there from my job and the door was locked! I knocked and stood in the cold for a while before calling the store multiple times to let them know I’m at the door. No one answered! Why allow pick up in store if you lock people out. So irritated because I had to walk back to my job empty handed before getting a ride back for drive thru. I’m pissed"
