"Rude staff on this day. Manager searched for any reason possible to deny a simple return with money going back to my card. Initially, it was, “Do you have a receipt?” Then, it was “Man, the store you bought it from was just open not too long ago” after I just let him know that I tried to return it to another store on Carson road who had “Closed, out for lunch” written on two sheets on paper hanging from the door. Then, he lies and says that stores are not able to return items from other stores although the return policy on the website says otherwise. If you’re looking for poor service shop, your local family dollar."

"I've shopped Family Dollar for years. This is the first time I've had a customer service complaint. I needed to exchange and this store was the only store that had what I needed in the color i needed. Manager was rude and di not want to do the exchange because my previous items were not from her store. Cashier was very nice but explained that she could not due to her boss and suggested me asking her myself."

She open the door and continued to film my mom to she put her things in the trunk of the car. That is one of the most hood ratchet Family dollar that you can go to on Center point parkway....
