"First, let me say that I LOVE Blaze pizza and prefer going to the "913 Indiana Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46204" location. I ate there yesterday (1-27-24). My issue is that I keep getting pizzas that are pretty much inedible due to the thick sand mixture underneath the pizza. I'm guessing the inside of the oven wasn't cleaned.There have been several times where I've placed an order online and go pick my pizza up....only to open the SEALED box and find that the bottom crust is black. I know there's supposed to be a slight char, but the black charcoal crust made it inedible. I contacted Blaze online about my experience and they gave me a coupon for a free cookie??? Really. The in-store customer service is top notch, managers are great... but I refuse to spend anymore money until associates are thoroughly trained on successfully cooking pizzas and cleaning the oven. I guess I'll go on another Blaze pizza hiatus. ☹️"

"First time here. We got 2 personal pizzas, a cheesy bread, and 2 brownies. Everything was REALLY good. They have tons of options for crusts and toppings so whatever you’re craving you’ll get your fix. I think it’s cool too how it’s kind of like subway where you watch them make it right in front of you and it took like 5 mins for them to throw it into the oven. Staff was really friendly too. 10/10 recommend"
