Barry's Pizza and Wings 2020 West Morris Street, Indianapolis, IN 46221

"Pizza was made wrong, me not paying any attention to what was ordered on pizza got home and what was on the order ticket and what was on the pizza was two different things. I called them and they wanted to act like it was my fault cause they showed it(pizza) to me up there so had to drive 30 minutes back and they seen it was their fault and made pizza then which was even a longer wait instead of making new right then when i called and said i was on my way and i had the old pizza with me. I was asked 3 times if any of the pizza was ate while i was on the phone with them not sure why that mattered at this point when it was their screw up not mine."

"The young man that took my order took me by surprise. He was polite and kind in a way that you don't see in most young people any more. I really appreciated his hospitality!"

"Order a pizza half cheese and half pepperoni, gave specific instructions and clearly they couldn't follow simple instructions. Also didnt tell me that they only had red sauce or wouldn'tof order at all. They got 2 stars for only trying to make it right but attitude was stank because they messed up my order. What pizza place don't have different sauces incase a person can't eat red sauce like myself. Try another pizza place before this one. According to the other person pizza was ok like last resort ok. Thumbs down."

"The only thing that is kind of expensive is the 2 liter's I can see $1.50-$2.00 Not $4.00. other than that Barry's has always have's good pizza and chicken wings. Yes to update on this one of your employees got rude with my daughter and I have came in for over 23 years and bought pizzas off of you the pizza we I know you may have a policy about eating it and providing all of it back since was to hard to eat any other time it has never been an issue with your place getting mad at a customer is the wrong thing to do when there expressing there experience with your employees. I am sorry this has happen but I am doing a BBB review thank you."
