"Ordered a week ago online. Ordered 3 boss meatball subs which are supposed to come with fresh mozzarella, not a single bit of cheese on any of the 3 subs, called to get fixed and was told a boss would call me the next day. It's been over a week and no call. On top of that the meatballs were cold. Which doesn't make sense because my fiancee went to pick up the order and they said he had to wait longer because they were making fresh ones. This location is pitiful and has made my roommate sick numerous times. Get it together or get shut down."

"4 people working inside, and they closed the lobby because of a lack of staffing. As a result, me, and the 4 other people who tried to use the lobby had to go through the drive thru. Since I was with my truck and trailer, I had to walk through the drive thru to get my order. The 3rd person behind us was picking up a door dash order, and simply had to wait while it got cold... After all that, they managed to get our order completely wrong. I wish there was a way to give negative stars... The only positive was I finally noticed the door 20' in the air over the drive thru menu board, complete with a storm door; it was so out of place I had to get a picture."
